Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested by email to treasurer@lonestarsantas.org. All requests for a refund must be received no later than three (3) weeks prior to Roundup and will be refunded two weeks after roundup. LSS will withhold a $75.00 retainer that will not be refunded to cover hotel contract commitments. There will be no refunds paid after this cutoff period.

Registrations may be transferred to other individuals who wish to attend. These arrangements are made strictly by the individuals themselves and notification must be made to the roundup chair.
